What You’ll Do
- Create a safe, engaging, and structured classroom environment
- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities
- Support children’s emotional, social, and developmental growth
- Maintain consistent classroom routines and clear boundaries
- Communicate openly and professionally with parents and team members
- Model integrity, patience, and leadership every day
What We’re Looking For

- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Willingness to learn, grow, and uphold high standards
- Early childhood education experience preferred (but not required for the right fit)
