Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized product recommendations based on their needs and preferences
- Educate customers on product effects, usage methods, and responsible consumption through engaging product demos
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling and receipt issuance
- Upsell products by highlighting new arrivals, promotions, or complementary items to enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with high-quality products
- Conduct inventory checks, stock replenishment, and assist with product ordering to keep the store well-organized
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or taking orders remotely
- Supervise junior staff or trainees when applicable, providing guidance on customer interactions and store procedures
Requirements
- Previous retail sales experience,
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail math for cash handling and transaction processing
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with diverse customers in multiple languages (bilingual skills are a plus)
- Experience in supervising or training team members is preferred but not required
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers about product benefits and usage
- Knowledge of merchandising, stocking procedures, and store presentation standards
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally
- Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and inventory management
- A positive attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
