Responsibilities:

Interior trim installation

Cabinet installation

Window installation

Occasional exterior work

Job site cleanup

Occasional demolition

Maintain clean driving record

Maintain customer relationships

Address job site issues with customer and project manager
Qualifications:
-
Experience in both rough and finish carpentry with an emphasis on the finish side, drywall skills a plus

Ability to work independently and problem solve or as part of a team

Maintain a professional appearance and communicate effectively with customers and coworkers

Excellent time management skills

Take great pride in your work and maintain high levels of honesty and integrity

Display excellent knowledge of building materials, residential and commercial structures and tools of the trade

Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

2-4 years of carpentry experience
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat and cold Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance

Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)

Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
