Position Overview
Join the team of a holistic luxury detox treatment center in beautiful Sun City West, AZ. Responsibilities for this position include; completion of clinical assessments, treatment planning, 1:1 therapy sessions, various group sessions, and discharge planning. This individual will participate in promoting positive team dynamics and clinical excellence. Most importantly they will ensure clients are receiving quality treatment.
Clinical Supervision for independent licensure through AZBBHE is available for associate licensed individuals.
Job Functions
● Provide competent client-centered evidence-based treatment
● Provide client assessments, treatment planning, 1:1 sessions, group sessions, discharge planning, and crisis intervention
● Build positive team dynamics within a multidisciplinary team
● Contribute to the growth of the company through brainstorming, planning, and implementation
● Promote effective communication with clients, their loved ones, staff, and other professionals Qualification Requirements:
● Holds a Masters Degree, Ph.D., and or PsyD in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage Family Therapy, Counseling, Addiction or relative field, from an accredited college or university.
● Is an independent or associate license holder in good standing with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as an LPC, LAC, LCSW, LMSW, LIAC, LASAC.
● Substance Use Disorder treatment experience in a clinical environment required.
● Be skilled in trauma-informed care and motivational interviewing.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret human service periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Electronic Health Records; Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
