REQUIREMENTS FOR A RESTAURANT DISHWASHER

18+ years old

Ability to carry 50+ lbs

Willing and available to work weekends

Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to comply with applicable industry sanitary, health, and personal hygiene standards
Key Responsibilities:

Load, operate, and unload dishwashers efficiently and safely.

Wash dishes, utensils, and cookware following established procedures.

Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area throughout the shift.

Take out trash and dispose of waste according to company guidelines.

Assist kitchen staff with cleaning tasks as needed (e.g., wiping down counters, sweeping floors).

Follow all safety and sanitation protocols.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager.
