We are currently hiring technicians for our new Erie location and are looking for individuals who enjoy technology, solving problems, and helping customers.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, computers, and other consumer electronics
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the repair process
- Explain repair recommendations and options to customers
- Perform repairs according to company quality standards
- Maintain an organized and professional work environment
- Assist with inventory management and parts organization
- Help achieve store performance goals
- Continue learning new repair procedures and technologies
