Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in higher education, counseling administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Doctorate in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, School Counseling, or a closely related field.
- Familiarity with CACREP standards and clinical documentation processes.
- Experience coordinating counseling residencies or practicum placements.
- Experience using Blackboard LMS, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and survey tools.
- Knowledge of licensure processes and state/federal requirements for counseling professionals.

- Strong computer skills and ability to design publications and forms.

- Experience communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders (faculty, students, administration, community partners).
