Gordon Chevrolet is looking for a full-time versatile office role. This person has excellent communication and customer service skills. It is important to have a basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures/systems and the ability to multitask in a busy environment ideally with direct dealership experience.
Responsibilities
- Training under accounts payable for backup
- Creating labels for deal jackets
- Welcome guests, as they arrive in the showroom with friendly attitude
- Answer all phone calls sent to the main office and direct them to the correct department or person.
- Collect payments, provide receipts for payment, and process refunds.
- Various other duties as needed.
