Now hiring counter/proshop staff and attendants for our golf club in Woodburn, IN.
The Pro Shop Counter Associate serves as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a welcoming experience and smooth day-to-day operations.
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide accurate information regarding tee times, pricing, events, and course policies
- Process customer transactions including green fees, merchandise sales, and cart rentals
- Some minor food prep
- Prepare, stage, clean, and monitor golf carts to ensure they are ready for play
- Monitor pace of play and communicate with staff as needed
- Support tournament and outing operations as assigned
- Ability to become licensed to serve alcohol to patrons
- Basic cash handling and POS system experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
