Join our dynamic garment manufacturing team as a Production Assisting Worker, where your energy and attention to detail will help bring high-quality apparel to life. In this role, you will support the production process by assisting with garment construction, operating sewing machines, and maintaining efficient workflow within the manufacturing environment. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring timely production, quality standards, and smooth operations across the factory floor. Responsibilities
- Assist with garment construction tasks, including sewing, stitching, and finishing garments according to specified patterns and quality standards
- Operate sewing machines safely and efficiently, ensuring consistent stitching and proper machine maintenance
- Support the assembly line by organizing materials, preparing fabric pieces, and ensuring smooth workflow between stations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the manufacturing area and warehouse to promote safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets while adhering to quality control procedures
- Conduct basic inspections of finished garments for defects or inconsistencies before final packaging
- Follow safety protocols at all times and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of garment construction techniques and sewing processes
- Experience operating sewing machines or familiarity with sewing equipment preferred
- Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows within a textile or apparel environment
- Previous warehouse experience is advantageous for managing materials and supplies efficiently
- Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks accurately, and work as part of a team
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance during production processes
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving production needs
