Responsibilities
As a Retail Wireless Consultant, you will help customers find wireless products and services that best fit their needs while delivering a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Educate customers on wireless devices, accessories, and service plan options.
- Recommend products and services based on each customer’s needs.
- Assist with new activations, upgrades, account support, and device setup.
- Answer customer questions and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain knowledge of current wireless products, promotions, and technology.
- Accurately complete customer transactions and required documentation.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet customer service and sales goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing retail environment.
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
- Willingness to learn through paid training.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Weekend availability preferred.
