Oxford Solutions is hiring multiple Entry-Level Pharmacists for direct hire opportunities with a growing closed-door pharmacy operation in Robinson Township, PA.
Recent pharmacy graduates are strongly encouraged to apply. No prior pharmacist experience is required. Schedule:
Full-time, salaried
Monday-Friday with rotating shifts between 7:30 AM and 9:00 PM
Rotating Saturdays, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
Onsite in Robinson Township, PA or Chesterfiled, MO
Responsibilities:
- Support daily prescription processing and pharmacy workflow
- Provide oversight and guidance to pharmacy technicians
- Review pharmacy data entry and technician work for accuracy
- Assist with receiving, processing, and transferring prescriptions
- Help ensure prescription transfers are completed accurately and efficiently
- Maintain patient confidentiality and proper handling of protected health information
- Work closely with pharmacy leadership and team members to support efficient daily operations
- Follow pharmacy procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy
- Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License in good standing is required
- 0-3 years of experience
- Recent graduates and newly licensed pharmacists are encouraged to apply
- Experience in a closed-door, mail-order, specialty, or fulfillment pharmacy is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
