About the Role
- Location: Remote (Texas residency preferred).
- Schedule: Highly flexible. You choose the hours that work best for your life.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality remote supervision and clinical oversight for your caseload.
- Conduct assessments, write treatment plans, and develop evidence-based programming.
- Lead regular parent training sessions to support family-centered progress.
- Collaborate with RBTs to ensure treatment plans are run effectively and compassionately.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification in good standing (required).
- Active Texas LBA (required).
- A compassionate, collaborative, and solution-focused mindset.
- Comfortable waiting to start billable hours while we navigate the insurance credentialing process (typically 1 to 3 months).
