What You’ll Be Responsible For -
- As a Residential Service Technician, you will:
- Diagnose and repair residential electrical issues
- Communicate clearly with homeowners about problems and solutions
- Present multiple repair/upgrade options (not just one “quick fix”)
- Answer customer questions with confidence and professionalism
- Handle objections respectfully and intelligently
- Perform Home Safety Inspections
- Work independently in customers’ homes
- Represent J&N Electric’s values, standards, and reputation
- Leave every home safer, cleaner, and better than you found it
This role requires thinking on your feet, staying calm under pressure, and making smart decisions in real time.
