My client is a rapidly growing Medicare Home Health provider in Florida. They are actively expanding across the State and are looking for ambitious Account Executives to support their growth plans towards a 1,000-patient census.

The Role:
- Drive Medicare admissions throughout Palm Beach County and surrounding territories
- Build and nurture relationships with physicians, hospitals, ALFs, case managers and other referral sources
- Manage your territory with complete autonomy
- Generate referrals and grow census numbers
- Work closely with clinical and operational teams to ensure a seamless referral process
- Represent the company at networking and community events
- Achieve and exceed monthly admission targets
Required Competencies:
- Home Health or Home Care sales experience
- Existing book of business within Palm Beach County preferred
- Proven ability to generate referrals and admissions
- Ambitious and growth-oriented mindset
- Self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- High levels of integrity and professionalism
Benefits:
- Base salary of $115,000 - $130,000+ (higher for exceptional performers)
