Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting project management activities, facilitating meetings, and ensuring the smooth execution of various projects. This position requires a strong understanding of project management methodologies and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The Project Coordinator will assist in managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables while contributing to the overall success of our projects.
Responsibilities
Project coordination from time project is awarded to installation completion. Become the Project Primary point of contact for the General Contractor, the Manufacturer and within the Sunstone Organization for this project after it has been awarded.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of project activities to ensure timely completion.
- Facilitate meetings with installers and sales team to gather requirements, discuss progress, and address any issues.
- Support business process modeling efforts to improve operational efficiency..
- Participate in project portfolio management activities to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Provide regular updates on project progress to stakeholders and team members.
- This person should be able to read plans and specifications and identify products within them.
- Understands the submittal process and can create submittal packages based on the quote plans, and specifications. Able to review and understand when/how to revise and resubmit as needed.
- Coordinate field verification
- Order product accurately and on time,
- Coordinate installation with operations manager.
- Create close out documents and coordinate owner’s training when needed.
- Work as a team with Operations and Sales to ensure a successful installation.
- Work with Accounting to make sure all Change Orders and Billing happens accurately and in a timely manner
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management or coordination roles.
- Knowledge of business process modeling techniques.
- Experience with project management.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration across teams.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,307.00 - $65,500.00 per year
