We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dealership Sales BDC Representative to join our team. As a BDC Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience from the moment they inquire about our products and services. Your excellent communication skills and ability to multitask will allow you to excel in this position and contribute to the success of our dealership.
Your duties will include:
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our dealership's products and services
- Respond to internet, phone, and chat leads in a timely and professional manner
- Schedule appointments for customers with our sales team
- Maintain accurate customer information and records in our CRM tool
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service experience
- Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and procedures
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
