Front Desk Receptionist
We are Kountry Pet Resort and Training Center, an upscale pet resort located in the Elgin area. We cater to pet parents for their lodging, grooming, training, and daycare needs. We are currently looking for an outgoing, dedicated, team oriented, pet loving individual. This role gets you out behind the desk and directly in the thick of animal care. This position requires a lot of strength, momentum and stamin along with active hands on engagement with our animal guests. A dynamic front desk receptionist should be able to stand for long periods of time and have the ability to stay energetic. This position we will consider applicants for full time. Responsibilities included but not limited to:
Handling pets of ALL sizes
Assisting clients in making reservations and appointments
Creating client files
Providing tours to potential clients
Positively promoting our facility and care we provide for the pets
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
