Job Summary
Part-Time Maintenance Technician (20 hrs per week) needed for a multi-family apartment complex located in Vinton, LA.
- Requirements: Two years minimum experience performing general maintenance to include: plumbing, painting, finished carpentry, flooring, and appliance troubleshooting preferred. HVAC certification preferred.
- Grounds keeping is required of this position.
- Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
- Must be able to work weekday hours. No evening or weekend hours available.
- $18.00 per hour
- Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays offered.
- Must provide own tools (basics), have reliable transportation, and valid driver's license.
- Due to part-time status, this position is not eligible for health insurance benefits.
