*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated associate therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide counseling services to individuals, families, or groups, helping them navigate through various mental health challenges and improve their overall well-being.
*Responsibilities*
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
- Develop treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation
- Provide counseling services for children and families
- Continue their knowledge base to stay current with best practices in therapy
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed
*Qualifications*
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- State licensure as a Therapist (ACSW, AMFT, APCC, or equivalent)
- Proficiency in ICD-9 coding and psychopharmacology
- Experience in providing individual and group counseling.
- Strong understanding of child and family counseling techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
