Our Burlingame office, conveniently located near San Francisco International Airport, is expanding, and we are looking for a serious, motivated, and dependable individual to join one of the top commercial real estate brokerage teams in the United States.
This is an opportunity to join the #1 Coldwell Banker Commercial sales team in the United States.
The successful candidate will receive hands-on exposure to multiple areas of commercial real estate, including:
- Marketing commercial properties for sale and lease
- Commercial real estate research and market analysis
- Property and investment analysis
- Preparing and entering information into computer systems
- Telephone and business development outreach
- Tracking commercial real estate trends and market activity
- Assisting with presentations, reports, and other brokerage activities
- General administrative and organizational support
This position provides valuable first-hand experience working in the commercial real estate industry, including opportunities to interact with business owners, investors, entrepreneurs, and other professionals.
