- We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude & willing to learn
- Would need reliable transportation. Would be willing to work at multiple properties in the Mesa area.
- $22 an hour with monthly bonus of $400 per month, additional $200 a month for health/wellness, reimbursement for car insurance.
- Responsible for the following tasks -
- Responsible for general day-to-day maintenance, paint and turn vacant apartments, and upkeep of the property
- After hours on call maintenance. Would need to diagnose after hour calls.
- Turn vacant apartments including, but not limited to; light bulbs, install light fixtures, check appliances, door knobs, garbage disposals, blinds, faucets, toilets, drywall repair and baseboards.
- Completing work orders for occupied units - fixing appliances, light bulbs, smoke detectors and fixtures.
- Clean and maintain property grounds. Remove trash and debris from all common areas
- Maintain workplace and maintenance room by keeping all areas clean and organized

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Maintenance: 2 years (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
