Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Short-Term Rental Cleaner to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of rental units, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces as needed.
- Execute detailed sanitation procedures to meet health and safety standards, including disinfecting surfaces and handling laundry.
- Manage manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of furniture or equipment and outdoor work involving yard or patio cleaning.
- Conduct floor care activities like vacuuming, mopping, carpet cleaning, and polishing to ensure pristine surfaces.
- Maintain organized housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring all tools are sanitized and ready for use.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Follow time management protocols to complete cleaning schedules efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and outdoor maintenance.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and outdoor work activities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple properties.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude toward guest interactions.
- Prior experience in laundry operations and custodial duties is a plus.
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment use.
