We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team! This is a part-time position that pays a base wage plus tips.
You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product information and serving their needs. Light cleaning and food preparation will be other duties while not helping customers.
Responsibilities:
Serving customers by packaging goods to-go and plating for dine-in.
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Operating register to serve customers
Take phone calls to assist customer with questions and order placing
Responsible for light daily clean up in both FOH and BOH.
Qualifications:
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Food service experience preferred but not required
Previous experience in any type of customer service preferred but not required
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
