As a AT&T Team Member, you will serve as a frontline ambassador, engaging directly with customers, providing accurate information, and representing brands with professionalism and enthusiasm.
What You’ll Do as an AT&T Team Member:
- Greet and engage customers in high-traffic retail settings through one-on-one interactions
- Identify customer needs and clearly present products and services in person
- Provide accurate information to support confident purchasing decisions
- Deliver a positive, professional, and personalized customer experience
- Address customer questions and concerns with empathy and a solutions-focused approach
- Support individual and team performance goals to ensure successful campaign execution
- Participate in ongoing sales and customer service training
- Share feedback and insights to help improve customer experiences and overall campaign effectiveness
AT&T Team Member Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer care or sales preferred.
- A people-oriented communicator with an authentic desire to help others.
- Able to maintain professionalism in diverse environments and during fast-paced interactions.
- Comfortable interpreting customer needs and responding with clarity and empathy.
- A team player who thrives on collaboration, training, and ongoing growth.
AT&T Team Member Schedule & Work Environment
This is a full-time, on-site position requiring availability on both weekdays and weekends.

Pay: $800.00 - $1,300.00 per week
