L&A Crystal is a commercial flooring company specializing in concrete polishing, epoxy floor coatings, surface preparation, grinding, and floor restoration. We are hiring full-time field employees for commercial flooring projects.
This is a hands-on construction position. Applicants must be reliable, physically able to perform floor work, and willing to work at different commercial job sites.
Experienced installers: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour, based on actual experience
Trainee/helper: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour, only for candidates with construction or labor experience
Primary duties may include:
Concrete grinding and polishing
Epoxy floor installation
Surface preparation
Using hand tools and flooring equipment
Mixing and applying coatings
Cleaning and preparing job sites
Working safely as part of a crew
Loading and unloading materials and equipment
Following instructions from the crew leader or project manager
Required qualifications:
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation
Construction, flooring, concrete, epoxy, painting, warehouse, or labor experience required
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work on concrete floors for long periods
Must be dependable and show up on time
Must be willing to work overtime when needed
Must be able to travel to different job sites
Must be able to work full-time, year-round

This is not an office, remote, or part-time position. This is physical construction work.
