Position Overview
Tennis & Pickleball Leadership
- Lead both tennis and pickleball programming with equal energy and focus.
- Deliver private lessons, clinics, and group instruction across all ages and abilities (expect significant on-court teaching hours).
- Build and expand junior programming, including clinics, after-school programs, summer camps, and seasonal offerings.
- Create a pipeline that supports long-term member family engagement.
What We’re Looking For
- Full-time, flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and events. The schedule will align with programming needs and member usage patterns.
- Highly engaging, relationship-driven personality with a strong presence on the courts and with members.
- Genuine passion for both tennis and pickleball.
- Ability to connect with a wide range of players from beginners to advanced.
- Positive, professional, and enthusiastic on-court demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to outstanding member service.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of teaching experience within a private club or racquets facility.
- RSPA or PTR certification preferred.
- Proven ability to deliver quality private and group lessons and develop programming for beginners, intermediate, advanced players, juniors, and social play.
- 4.5+ NTRP

Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
