Support internal investigations through video review, access control data, and detailed incident documentation.
Operate and monitor integrated GSOC platforms, including video management systems (VMS), access control systems (ACS), alarm monitoring platforms, and incident/case management systems.
Utilize AI-enabled analytics and automation workflows to triage, route, and escalate incidents efficiently.
Identify system outages, degradation, or performance issues and escalate to security engineering or IT teams.
Support onboarding, adoption, and operational use of new security technologies as part of GSOC maturity and continuous improvement.
Support situational awareness and threat assessment using drone and remote surveillance platforms, where applicable.
Review drone-generated alerts, imagery, and data to support response and investigations in compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
Produce accurate, timely, and detailed incident and event reports.
Ensure proper incident categorization, severity assignment, and closure in accordance with standardized procedures.
Support GSOC metrics, trend analysis, and performance reporting to drive operational excellence.
