Full-Time Baseball & Softball Instructor

We're looking for an energetic, knowledgeable, and passionate Baseball and/or Softball Instructor to join our team full-time. If you love the game, enjoy working with athletes of all ages, and want to help players reach their full potential, we'd love to meet you.
This is more than just giving lessons—it's an opportunity to mentor athletes, build relationships with families, and be part of a growing baseball and softball community.
Responsibilities
- Provide private baseball and/or softball instruction to athletes of all skill levels.
- Lead camps, clinics, classes, and developmental programs.
- Assist with evaluating players and creating individualized improvement plans.
- Deliver a fun, positive, and encouraging training environment.
- Build strong relationships with athletes and parents.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional facility.
- Support special events, memberships, and facility programming.
- Continue developing coaching knowledge and teaching techniques.
Qualifications
- Previous playing and/or coaching experience in baseball or softball (high school, collegiate, or professional experience preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and developing young athletes.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Reliable, organized, and professional.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends, as these are our busiest training times.
Preferred Experience
- Collegiate or professional playing experience
- Previous private lesson instruction
- Experience working with youth athletes
- Knowledge of hitting, pitching, fielding, catching, or strength & conditioning
