Responsibilities:
- Perform service, maintenance, and repairs on various makes and models
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues using schematics and technical manuals.
- Perform vehicle diagnostics and repairs
- Conduct preventive maintenance
- Collaborate with team members
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive repair feild
- Strong knowledge of Ford vehicles
- Familiarity with schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
