About MAS Consulting Engineers
MAS Consulting Engineers is a civil engineering consulting firm based in Fort Worth, Texas. We provide planning, design, and construction-phase services for municipal and private development projects throughout North Texas.

We are seeking motivated civil engineering professionals to join our team. We are open to candidates ranging from Civil 3D Technicians and Designers to EITs, Professional Engineers, and Project Managers.
Responsibilities will vary based on experience level and may include:
- Prepare engineering plans, profiles, details, and construction documents
- Design water, wastewater, drainage, roadway, and paving improvements
- Develop and maintain AutoCAD Civil 3D drawings and models
- Perform grading, utility, and site layout design
- Assist with hydrologic and hydraulic calculations
- Coordinate with clients, municipalities, utility providers, and review agencies
- Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and supporting documentation
- Respond to plan review comments and support permitting efforts
- Conduct occasional field visits and construction observations
Qualifications
- Experience in civil engineering, Civil 3D design, drafting, or project management
- AutoCAD Civil 3D experience preferred
- Knowledge of municipal infrastructure and site development projects preferred
- EIT certification or PE license preferred for engineering positions
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Valid driver's license preferred
