Responsibilities
- Earn $22.00-$25.00/HR
- $840-$1,200+ Weekly (Based on OT)
- Paid Weekly | Home Daily | OT After 40 | Monday-Friday
- Start at 7:30 AM, with shift end times varying based on workload.
- Operate a 26' Straight Box Truck making local deliveries throughout the Wilmington area and surrounding communities.
- Deliver HVAC and heating parts to customers and distributors.
- Build customer orders, load and unload trucks, and assist with general warehouse operations.
- Operate a seated forklift when needed to move larger orders (preferred experience).
- Follow all company safety policies, including the strict no cell phone or hands-free device policy while working.
- Wear steel-toe boots/shoes at all times. Safety vest and gloves are provided.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience operating a 26' box truck is required.
- Must be at least 23 years old.
- Seated forklift experience is preferred.
- Comfortable performing touch freight and frequent loading/unloading.
- Ability to lift, move, and organize HVAC materials throughout the workday.
- Must wear steel-toe boots/shoes.
- Must comply with the company's zero cell phone/no hands-free device policy while on the job.
- Must pass a DOT Physical, Drug Screen, Background Check, and MVR Review.
