-Our local small business is expanding and looking for supervisor/assistant manager trainee. We need some talented people to help us grow. The position will be learning the trade, which is mostly commercial Lawn Care, Irrigation, and Snow Removal services.
-This position will be competitive. As we grow you will have opportunities to make more with us.
-No experience is necessary as we will train the right individual. Supervisor experience is a must.
-Candidate must be able to work outside in all weather conditions and be capable of walking up to a few miles a day.

-We don't bag a single blade of grass, 70% of the lawn care work is riding zero turn mowers.
-We have a laid back environment with low stress where you just show up and do your work.
-Know how to follow directions and to be able to coordinate employees.
-Ability to make sound decisions.
-Work alone at times, work hard, and work smart.
-Drive a truck and up to an 18 ft trailer- No CDL required.
-Learn to operate all equipment PROPERLY and SAFELY.
-Very little customer service or interactions but must have decent people skills.

=== Compensation ===
Training Wages: $21.00 for the first two months
Increase after first two months: $23.50
Supervisor Wage after completing 2-3 months of additional training: $24.50 - $25.50 depending on progress and experience.
Potential Benefits- Most employees go through Washington State as they have better options.
=== Hours ===
April – November: Monday-Fridays 7 to 9 hour work days. Flexible days off.
December – March: PAID to be ON CALL for snow removal services. With some miscellaneous scheduled work throughout the winter.
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
