Product Specialist / Cannabis Sales Associate
Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities
California Cannabis is a growing, fully licensed micro-business Pre-ICO cannabis dispensary seeking confident, motivated, and customer-focused Product Specialists to join our expanding retail team across our Los Angeles locations.
We are looking for outgoing individuals with a strong background in sales, client relations, hospitality, beauty, wellness, luxury retail, or customer experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building genuine connections with customers, and knows how to create a welcoming, elevated shopping experience while driving sales.
At California Cannabis, personality, professionalism, and people skills matter just as much as product knowledge.
What You’ll Do:
- Build strong relationships with customers and create a positive, memorable in-store experience
- Educate clients on cannabis products, strains, consumption methods, and wellness benefits
- Confidently recommend products based on customer needs and preferences
- Drive daily sales through product knowledge, upselling, and personalized service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Assist with restocking inventory and daily operational tasks
- Work collaboratively with a supportive team in a high-energy environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong sales background is mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable engaging with a diverse customer base
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Retail, hospitality, beauty, wellness, or customer service experience is highly valued
- Cannabis experience is a plus, but not required — we’re happy to train the right personality
Requirements:
- Must be 21+ years old
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Ability to lift 5–20 pounds daily
- Must be able to work in person at BOTH our Los Angeles locations
- Must have sales experience meeting quotas
