Responsibilities:
- Prepare journal entries.
- Prepare financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Review of vendor invoices and processing of payments
- Compile monthly reconciliations of credit card accounts, including allocation of expenses and tracking receipts
- Maintain financial records for inventory
- Monitor cash flow and maximize cash balances
- Ensure accurate and timely compliance with all duties related to IRS, Workers Compensation, Department of Labor and other regulatory bodies
- Ensure timely processing of all year-end documents including but not limited to W-2s, 1099s, etc
- Maintain financial records for inventory
- Monitor cash flow and maximize cash balances
- Ensure accurate and timely compliance with all duties related to IRS, Workers Compensation, Department of Labor and other regulatory bodies
- Prepares and processes weekly payroll.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulations
Skills:
- Experience with QuickBooks
- 3-4 years accounting experience
