Little Sprouts is looking for a Lead Teacher for our Infant & Toddler Loop.
Our program is small, our classroom is mixed-age, and we value getting to know the children and families we work with. We are play-based and child-led, with a strong focus on responsive caregiving and helping children become confident and capable.
The job includes:
- Leading a mixed-age infant and toddler classroom
- Providing hands-on care throughout the day, including meals, diapering, naps, and transitions
- Supporting children through play and everyday experiences
- Planning activities and experiences that fit the children in your classroom
- Communicating with families and your teaching team
- Completing observations, documentation, and other classroom responsibilities
- Keeping the classroom safe, clean, and welcoming
We're looking for someone who:
- Is qualified as a Lead Teacher under Wisconsin licensing requirements
- Has an active Wisconsin Registry profile
- Has experience working with infants and toddlers
- Is dependable and works well with a team
- Is comfortable working in a busy, hands-on classroom
- Enjoys following children's interests rather than planning every minute of the day
- Has ECE education or coursework, completed or in progress
What we offer:
- Monday–Friday schedule ~8:30 A.M -5:00 P.M.

Pay: $16.00–$17.00/hour, based on experience and qualifications.
