We are seeking a Pulmonary Care Coordinator to lead and support our facility's pulmonary program through clinical excellence, interdisciplinary collaboration, education, and strong communication.
Pulmonary Care Coordinator Essential Responsibilities
Complete pulmonary assessments and evaluations for residents enrolled in the pulmonary program
Monitor respiratory status and identify changes in condition requiring intervention
Develop, implement, and update individualized pulmonary care plans
Coordinator respiratory interventions
Serve as a primary pulmonary resource and communication leader for the facility
Provide on-going education, coaching, and support to nursing staff, therapy staff, and respiratory personnel

Required Qualifications
Current Registered Respiratory Therapist RRT license in good standing
Current BLS certification
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or post-acute care
Leadership, supervisory, or program development experience
