We are seeking talented and innovative Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) to join our in-house, 50-bed Skilled Nursing Facility therapy team in Sidney, Ohio. Responsibilities:
Assist occupational therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for our residents
Conduct evaluations, assessments, and treatments in a skilled nursing facility setting
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for our residents
Maintain accurate records and reports of treatment plans and progress
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and progress
Requirements:
COTA certification (required)
0 years of experience in the skilled nursing industry
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on resident care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
