In this vital role, you will be the frontline ambassador for the Hacienda's Outrageous Hospitality, providing warm, efficient, and accurate service to every guest during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay. This role sets the tone for the guest experience and plays a key part in guest satisfaction, loyalty, and brand success.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software such as Visual Matrix.
- Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and managing multi-line phone systems.
- Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately while maintaining up-to-date records.
- Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, following hotel emergency procedures to ensure safety and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests swiftly.
- Support night audit operations by reconciling accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight
- Uphold hotel emergency procedures by responding swiftly to incidents or safety concerns with confidence and clarity
- Foster positive guest relations through attentive service, clear communication, and personalized assistance
Skills
- Previous experience in front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting is preferred to excel in this role.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally and courteously.
- Professional in presentation and demeanor
- Familiarity with hotel management systems such as Visual Matrix or similar software platforms.
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and multi-line phone system operation.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment while maintaining professionalism.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
