Nadie toca nuestras puertas. Too many working families in North Carolina have never had anyone knock on their door and ask what they think. This fall, that changes, and you can be the one knocking.
The Outreach Team is hiring canvassers in Mecklenburg and Wake counties to talk with voters in our communities ahead of the November election where we are partnering with Siembra. North Carolina is home to 5.3 million working people and 1.2 million Latinos, one of the fastest growing communities in the state, and our power grows every time we show up together. This election will decide who controls the NC House and Senate, and our communities are ready to make that power felt on wages, housing, and how our families are treated.
Must be fluent in spanish and english.
This role is a great opportunity to gain experience in the following areas: Leadership, Communication & Advocacy, Community Outreach & Engagement, Campaign Work, Public Policy, and Social Enterprise.
