Under general direction, plans, schedules, assigns, reviews, and supervises the work of staff performing transit operations and operational support functions within the North Central Regional Transit District. Ensures safe, efficient, and on-time delivery of assigned transit services across fixed route, express, commuter, and microtransit operations; oversees dispatch and customer service staff; monitors road vehicle operations and vehicle inspections; ensures adherence to District policies and procedures; and performs related work as required.
Education and Experience:

Transit Operations Supervisor I/II: Equivalent to completion of the twelfth (12th) grade.
Experience:

Transit Operations Supervisor I: Four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in people management skills and customer service work experience, two (2) years of which must have been in a position that involved the direct supervision of others.
