In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for preparing and baking biscuits and doing prep with precision and care. Your enthusiasm for food preparation and will help set the tone for a welcoming environment, ensuring each product meets our high standards of quality and freshness. Duties
- Prepare biscuit dough from scratch, following established recipes and food safety guidelines
- Operate baking equipment efficiently to produce consistent, high-quality baked goods
- preparing prep items needed for the day
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment sanitation and ingredient storage
- Assist with food production tasks such as mixing, portioning, and assembling various foo products
- Support team members during busy periods by providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely product availability
Requirements
- Previous experience in food preparation, baking, or pastry work is highly preferred
- Strong knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment used in baking and food handling
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and food safety protocols diligently
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Experience in food industry settings such as restaurant kitchens is advantageous
