What You'll Own
- Daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations, start to finish
- Hiring, training, and motivating a team that delivers Carmine's signature hospitality
- Health, safety, and sanitation compliance — no shortcuts
- Inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Strategic planning alongside senior leadership
- Guest issues, solved fast and with a smile
What You Bring
- 3+ years managing restaurant operations, ideally high-volume
- A natural ability to lead, motivate, and build strong teams
- Sharp communication and on-the-fly problem-solving skills
- A track record of hitting operational and financial targets
- Comfort with POS systems and inventory tools
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Compensation: 80,000-85,000 Pay Transparency In order to support the Fair Compensation Strategy by the US Govt., HR Dept., clients are required to adhere to "Pay Transparency Law"; in the impacted states; that have mandated the employers to list the salary ranges in Job advertisements or postings for job opportunities and Job promotions.
Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
