JOB DESCRIPTION
The Lead Superintendent will have a strong track record of completing Ground Up/New Construction.
Leads, directs and coordinates the work of subcontractors and/or trade labor with regard to the project. Responsible for ensuring safety, schedule delivery, quality of work performed and adherence to budget of the project.
The Superintendent has supervisory responsibility for Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, Interns and trade labor in his/her area of responsibility.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide field oversight for all phases of assigned construction projects
- Develop and manage project schedules.
- Manage subcontractor performance relationships.
- Be responsible for both the timeliness and total quality of assigned projects.
- Prepare project documentation for coordination and effective site management.
- Implement and execute Quality Control/Quality Assurance program.
- Promote an Injury-free job site through safety initiatives and award winning Company safety program.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3-5 years as a project superintendent.
- Lead experience on projects valuing $5M - $50M
- Exceptional knowledge of construction processes and procedures; ability to successfully manage complex projects through to completion
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
