This is an opportunity to wear multiple hats, make a direct impact on production, and gain exposure to every aspect of the manufacturing process—from programming and tooling to process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.If you're looking for a role where your ideas matter and you want to grow beyond simply sitting behind a CAD station, this could be a great fit.Why Work Here?Stable company with decades of success and long-term customers.Excellent reputation for employee retention and company culture.Opportunity to wear multiple hats and gain experience across engineering and manufacturing.Engineers have direct influence on production improvements and process decisions.Modern machining environment with continued investment in new technology and equipment.Collaborative engineering team where your ideas are welcomed and implemented.Strong opportunity for long-term career growth and advancement.Gain exposure to CNC programming, manufacturing engineering, tooling, process development, and continuous improvement rather than being siloed into one responsibility.What You'll Be DoingProgram CNC mills, lathes, and Swiss machines using Mastercam.Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput.Design and improve tooling, fixturing, and workholding solutions.Support production from machine setup through first-piece approval.Troubleshoot machining and manufacturing issues alongside production personnel.Create and maintain setup sheets, process documentation, and manufacturing standards.Work closely with Engineering, Production, and Quality to improve manufacturability.Evaluate cutting tool performance and implement new tooling technologies.Drive continuous improvement projects focused on reducing cycle times, improving quality, and increasing productivity.Assist with new product introductions and manufacturing process development.What They're Looking ForManufacturing Engineering or CNC Programming experience within a machining environment.Experience with Mastercam (or similar CAM software).Understanding of tooling, workholding, machining processes, and GD&T.Ability to troubleshoot machining and production issues.Hands-on mindset with strong mechanical aptitude.Continuous Improvement or Lean Manufacturing experience is a plus.Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with production teams.
