We are hiring Restoration Technicians to support water, fire, and mold mitigation projects. This is a hands‑on role focused on physical labor, jobsite preparation, demolition, cleaning, and equipment setup. If you’re reliable, willing to learn, and comfortable with fast‑paced work, this is a strong entry point into the restoration industry.

Key Responsibilities
Hands-On Mitigation Work
- Perform water extraction, demolition, and debris removal
- Set up, run, and remove drying equipment
- Protect contents, establish containment, and maintain jobsite safety
Cleaning & Site Preparation
- HEPA vacuuming, surface cleaning, and disinfecting
- Prep spaces for demolition or drying
- Move, block, and protect furniture
Equipment & Vehicle Maintenance
- Load/unload tools and equipment daily
- Clean, organize, and maintain equipment and vehicles
Team & Supervisor Support
- Follow instructions and complete assigned tasks promptly
- Communicate job progress or issues to the supervisor
Documentation (Basic)
- Take photos when requested
- Report readings or observations through a mobile app

Qualifications
Required
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight spaces
- Pass background check
- Participate in on-call rotation
Preferred
- Experience in labor, construction, cleaning, or restoration
- Ability to use basic tools
- Comfortable with smartphones/tablets
- IICRC certifications a plus (training available)
