Patient Scheduling Coordinator – Oral Surgery MULTIPLE LOCATIONS & CANDIDATES
Ready to be the welcoming face (and voice!) of an amazing oral surgery practice? We’re looking for a superstar Patient Scheduling Coordinator who loves making patients feel comfortable, keeping a busy day organized, and driving the heartbeat of our office.
This isn't your average front-desk job. You’ll be our patients' VIP guide from their very first phone call to the moment they walk through our doors, ensuring they feel calm, cared for, and ready for treatment.
What You’ll Do:
- Run the Show: Master our daily schedule! You'll book consultations and procedures, confirm appointments, and expertly navigate cancellations or delays to keep patient flow running smoothly.
- Be the Welcoming Committee: Answer calls with a smile, welcome visitors, and maintain a warm, inviting reception area.
- Handle the Details: Collect forms, verify patient info, and accurately process payments.
- Team Up: Communicate closely with our clinical team and help answer patient questions (or direct them to the right person).
What You Bring to the Table:
- The Must-Haves: Previous dental office experience and working knowledge of Open Dental are required!
- Stellar Communication: You have excellent phone, verbal, and written skills with a knack for top-notch customer service.
- Grace Under Pressure: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle interruptions with a calm demeanor, and love solving problems independently.
- Tech-Savvy: You're totally comfortable with computers, Microsoft Office, and standard office tech.
- A Caring Heart: You understand that a great patient experience begins long before they enter the treatment room.
Schedule & Perks:
- When & Where: Full-time, in-office position multiple locations and multiple candidate's in our Katy, Richmond, Vintage park, and Pasadena location! Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (40 hours/week). Note: This is not a remote role.
