No prior roofing or sales experience required — we train the right people from the ground up.

What You’ll Do
- Inspect roofs
- Meet with homeowners to explain the claims process
- Generate and market new leads
- Assist homeowners in selecting roofing materials
- Coordinate build days, dumpster delivery, and production scheduling
- Collect payments and clearly explain the payment process
This is an independent, field-based role. Project Managers create and manage their own schedules.
Qualifications
- Comfortable working face-to-face with customers
- Able to climb a ladder and access roofs when necessary
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone capable of taking photos/videos during inspections
- Self-disciplined with strong time management
- Sales or roofing experience is a plus (not required)
