Pay: $45.00 – $50.00 per hour
Location: Southborough, MA (Boston Metropolitan Area)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
On-Call Rotation: 1 week every 4–6 weeks
Travel Required Throughout Assigned Territory

P3SG is seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Ventilator Specialist to support ventilator-dependent pediatric patients throughout the Boston Metropolitan Area. This is a field-based role requiring strong clinical expertise, independence, and the ability to provide exceptional patient care in home and community settings.
PLEASE NOTE: Candidates without hands-on Pediatric Ventilator Experience will not be considered.

What You'll Do
- Manage pediatric ventilator patients in home health and community settings
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments
- Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot ventilator equipment
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on respiratory equipment and therapy
- Support tracheostomy and ventilator-dependent patients
- Download and manage ventilator data
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and healthcare teams
- Travel throughout the assigned territory to conduct patient visits
- Participating in an on-call rotation
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Hands-on Pediatric Ventilator Experience REQUIRED
- Experience with:
- Ventilator setup and monitoring
- Tracheostomy care
- Home Health
- Patient assessments
- Patient and caregiver education
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Care Orchestrator
- Experience with Astral ventilators and software
- Pediatric Home Care experience
- Advanced ventilator troubleshooting experience
- Experience managing complex respiratory patients
