SMT Operator – Temp-to-Perm | Now Hiring!

We’re seeking an experienced SMT Operator to support daily production, ensure high-quality PCB assemblies, and keep our SMT lines running smoothly. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with long-term growth potential for the right candidate.
Responsibilities of an SMT Operator:
- Load machine programs, feeders, and components for scheduled SMT jobs
- Operate SMT equipment such as pick‑and‑place machines, screen printers, and reflow ovens
- Verify and accurately load components based on parts lists
- Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments to maintain quality
- Perform visual inspections of components and assemblies for defects
- Maintain equipment, complete basic cleaning tasks, and follow all ESD and safety procedures
Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, a strong attention to detail, and the abilty to follow written directions. Prior soldering and electronic assembly experience strongly desired!
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
